About Me

Pronouns: she/her

Community Producer

Having grown up in a village in the West of Scotland, I am passionate about embracing people and communities through collaborative engagement within the arts.

I believe that providing communities with the access to the arts is supporting them to dream and to find agency outside of socio-political structures.

The role of community is evident in where I place my work, the stories which I choose to tell, and the people whom I work with.

Creative Producer

I strongly believe that stories deserve to be told. My work largely focuses on amplifying previously ignored voices and stories; exploring identity through devised work; and improving access to the arts. The work I choose to produce, and support, are stories which excite me and that aren’t platformed on bigger stages in the UK.

Working within the Fringe theatre industry, I am used to adapting my role to the needs of the production. I believe in making work in collaborative contexts and have a hands-on approach to producing work and supporting the artists I work with.

I hold my MA in Creative Producing from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and an MA in Theatre Studies/Film & Television Studies from the University of Glasgow. I am also the Co-Founder and Creative Producer of Sláinte! Theatre and a Board member for Framework Theatre.
